Jams are made by crushing fruit with sugar. Jams are usually thick and sweet but not as firm as jelly. Jams should be spreadable. Preserves, on the other hand, use whole small fruits or pieces of fruit in a gelled syrup. The pieces of fruit should be transparent to clear and the color should be characteristic of the fruit from which it is made.

At we're proud to offer high quality all natural, artisan Jams, Jellies, Preserves, Marmalades, Toppings, Spreads, as well as Gift collections, both for individuals or corporate.

We use Louisiana grown produce when the fruit is at the height of their season and usually hand-pick the fruit. Fresh fruit and all natural ingredients are the only thing you'll find in our products - never preservatives or additives.                               

You will find our products can be used in many way's, over your favorite cheese, ice-cream, in your favorite glaze or sauce recipe and, of course, with your favorite bread. Let your imagination soar!

Since our products are made with Seasonal fruits and we do not stock pile, and we ask that you please place your orders early to avoid disappointed. Please be aware that prices may change according to the market price of the fruit. Feel free to mix and match or choose one of our "Collections".

SHIPPING & HANDLING At Whitewood Farms we truly value our customers therefore, we try to ship our products in the most economically method possible. We use UPS or USPS to auto-calculate shipping costs, works out to be the best option for our customers. Please be assured that all orders are bubblewrap packed and handled with the utmost care to insure safe delivery. Insurance and/or Return Receipt available at additional cost. Due to International shipping Customs difficulties, we can only ship within the USA.

TAXES We are obliged by State Law to charge tax on any order sent within the State of Louisiana. Orders sent outside Louisiana, are tax-free.
